Your Role

Are you a proactive and analytical problem-solver ready to make a significant impact? We are looking for a PMO Intern to join our team and support key strategic initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with our executive team on high-impact projects, directly contributing to data-driven decisions that will shape the future of our company. This is a hands-on opportunity to collaborate with various departments, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, as you dive into real-world business challenges. If you are a curious, independent thinker with a passion for learning, we encourage you to apply. This role does require working at our headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska, so we're currently considering students who live within a commuting distance.

Must-Haves

• A strong problem-solver. You're an analytical thinker who can tackle complex business problems head-on and independently research to find the information needed to solve a problem.
• A team player. You are a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across different teams to gather information and relay complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactive. You can own projects from start to finish and are constantly looking for ways to improve processes without needing someone standing over your shoulder.
• Currently enrolled. This internship is designed for students currently enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or graduate program who are authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is set by a candidate's year in school, and will be determined by their academic standing at the start of the internship.

Base Hourly Range $15 - $15.50 USD
