A company is looking for a Sr Director - Middleware.

Key Responsibilities

Co-own and evolve the global middleware strategy to align with enterprise priorities

Ensure high availability, scalability, and resiliency of middleware platforms

Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse global middleware team

Required Qualifications

12+ years of middleware engineering / architecture experience with hands-on technical expertise

5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing global, cross-functional technology teams of 20+ associates

Proven track record of enterprise-level technology rationalization, automation, and modernization programs

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
