Our team is growing and we are looking for a creative and adaptable Social Media Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands pop culture, and is always on top of social media trends. This role requires a full-time in-office person with a flexible schedule, as filming original content at events and activations often occurs outside of traditional business hours. The ideal candidate will be comfortable shooting, editing, and producing raw, high-quality content directly from their phone while also managing day-to-day social media operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality original content (photo & video) from a mobile device for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Strong graphic design skills are preferred.
• Develop engaging and trend-driven content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay ahead of social media trends, including viral sounds, challenges, and storytelling techniques and ideate how to apply to the brand.
• Work closely with video and photography teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
• Community Management & Engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and guest feedback across all social platforms in a timely manner.
• Foster brand engagement by interacting with followers, influencers, and partners.
• Identify opportunities for user-generated content and brand collaborations.
• Scheduling & Analytics
• Maintain and update a social media content calendar, ensuring all posts align with campaign strategies and deadlines.
• Schedule and publish content on the fly and via publishing tools like Sprout Social.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies and improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
• Event & Live Coverage
• Provide real-time social media coverage for events, activations, and high-profile experiences as needed.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to capture live content and engage with the audience as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and operations teams to align on content strategies.
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination.
• Research and propose new platforms, creative ideas, and technologies to elevate social media presence.
• Requirements
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong graphic design skills are preferred.
• Proven ability to create and edit mobile-first content (video & photo) using apps like CapCut, InShot, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and publishing platforms (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
• Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and last-minute event coverage.
• Passion for nightlife, entertainment, and pop culture.
