The Closing team continues the momentum from the team's day of hard work to finish strong; they take care of the guest until the doors close each night. They prioritize based on guest needs, have a deep understanding of each leader's vision for their business, and have fun with the team while executing closing routines.

At Target, we believe in our team members having meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. The role of a Closing Expert can provide you with the skills and experience of :

• Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail business fundamentals : department sales trends, pricing and promotion strategies, inventory management, process efficiency and improvement
• Supporting daily / weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
• Promoting and engaging around various benefits, offerings, and services
• Communicating and interacting with all guests to build a welcoming guest experience
• Blending problem solving and decision making to positively impact the guest experience and resolve guest concerns
• Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
