What You'll Do

Estimating Responsibilities :

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for labor and materials
• Solicit subcontractor / vendor pricing and evaluate proposals
• Develop competitive, detailed estimates and submit bid packages
• Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups
• Attend pre-bid meetings and perform jobsite visits as needed
