Title : T echnical Lead

Location : Plano, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract

Compensation

pay Range : $41.61-$61.20per Hr

Description

  • Define and own the solution architecture including model selection, fine-tuning strategy, and prompt engineering pipelines.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable software applications supporting AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various teams for safe, ethical, and compliant AI development.
  • Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) based on evolving requirements, iterating quickly to meet changing needs.
  • Mentor and guide engineers of all levels, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts and project updates effectively to engineers, leaders, and executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the solution architecture for AI initiatives.
  • Develop scalable software applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for compliant AI solutions.
  • Deploy models from development to production and troubleshoot issues.
  • Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Lead a small team of engineers, providing technical guidance.

    • Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in ML engineering.
  • Experience in deploying models from development to production.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
  • Experience in mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
