Lead BCBA / Senior Clinical Supervisor Opportunity

Creative Steps Therapy is seeking aSenior BCBAto join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician to join Creative Steps Therapy as we enter our next phase of growth. This position is ideal for a clinician who excels in guiding others, refining systems, and collaborating directly with leadership to help shape a high-quality, values-driven ABA program.

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, youll provide supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs and BCBAs and help strengthen the clinical and operational foundation as our company continues to grow. This role also offers meaningful leadership growth, including the potential to advance into a Clinical Director position.

What Youll Do :

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to a team of RBTs and BCBAs
  • Support RBT training and clinical onboarding
  • Lead treatment planning and ensure program quality across assigned cases
  • Collaborate with leadership on systems development and clinical initiatives
  • Help support relationships & community outreach efforts with CST's community partners
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and creative team culture
  • What Youll Bring :

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Masters degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • At least 2 years of supervisory / mentorship experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to balance independence with teamwork
  • Professionalism, adaptability, and a grounded, relational approach to care
  • Experience across home, school, or community settings (bonus, not required)
  • Creativity, curiosity & excitement to be part of a growing team
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) highly preferred!
