About the Role :
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Superintendent to support large-scale multifamily construction projects in the Orlando area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while gaining hands-on exposure to all phases of construction management, from ground-up builds through project closeout.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
- Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to plan.
- Monitor project schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Support safety enforcement efforts and participate in regular jobsite inspections and safety meetings.
- Communicate regularly with the project management team to report updates and address field challenges.
- Assist in managing site logistics, deliveries, and equipment use.
- Participate in punch list creation, inspections, and project closeout activities.
