Permanent Physician Position - Neonatology in Elmira, NY

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality care while adhering to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
• Participate in block scheduling, accommodating both commuters and local residents.
• Oversee 24-hour in-house coverage with NNPs, managing high-risk deliveries and critically-ill newborns in a Level III NICU.
• Collaborate with pediatric sub-specialists and provide comprehensive women s health services.
• Manage a 20-bed NICU averaging 1,500 deliveries per year with approximately 300 admissions.
• Provide consults and support for transports from referring hospitals in the surrounding counties.
