Revenue Integrity Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity team in ensuring optimal reimbursement of entitled revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze data and generate reports to identify revenue and compliance risks and opportunities

Monitor Revenue Integrity specific workqueues, including Revenue Guardian checks and charge reviews

Collaborate with the Revenue Integrity Specialist to achieve optimal reimbursement and support troubleshooting needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience as an analyst

Alternatively, 5 or more years of applicable experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred : Master's degree with 1 year of experience

Certifications such as HFMAs Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) are advantageous

Experience with Epic is preferred
