Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join our well-established and collegial practice in Plant City, Florida , part of the vibrant Tampa Bay region.
Practice Highlights :
- Primary Location : South Florida Baptist Hospital - a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with a 7-bed Level II NICU
- Optional Rotation : Opportunity to rotate through the 76-bed Level IV NICU at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital in Tampa
- Schedule : Daytime rounding with evening call from home
- Support Structure : Night coverage provided by experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs)
- Team-Based Care : Join a robust team of 16 neonatologists, 5 neonatal hospitalists, and 14 NNPs serving multiple hospitals within the BayCare Health System
- Location Requirement : Must reside within 30 minutes of South Florida Baptist Hospital
