Senior Director of Data Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Engineering to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise data platforms and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute the enterprise data engineering roadmap aligned to business and technology strategy

Lead design and implementation of integrations and data curation efforts related to various enterprise applications

Deliver frameworks that provide consistent metrics for executive reporting and analytics use cases

Required Qualifications :

15+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise integrations, and analytics platforms, with 7+ years in senior leadership roles

Deep expertise with Sales, Marketing tech stacks, and Finance / ERP systems

Proven ability to deliver scalable solutions for high-volume data ingestion and product analytics

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus

Experience managing global, distributed engineering teams in high-growth environments
