Van Horn Automotive Group has an excellent opportunity in our IT department!

The IT Department is looking for an IT Specialist- Help Desk l in Sheboygan to be a primary point of contact for technical assistance and support of Van Horn Automotive Group systems. This position will troubleshoot, identify problems, and implement resolutions that minimize downtime.

Job Duties :

  • Perform and provide technical support for incoming inquiries on issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware involved in the Van Horn Automotive Group's operations.
  • Records resolutions and issues in ticketing system for tracking.
  • Respond to inquiries through the ticketing system, email, phone, and in person.
  • Follow up with users on their issues to confirm resolution.

    • Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree or better in technology or related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Understanding Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems

    Occasional Saturdays 8AM - 4PM.
