Growth Product Manager

They are hiring a Growth Product Manager to own the product-led engine that drives content teams from first touch to early habit. This role sits critically at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and sales, focusing on delivering fast time-to-value and clear business outcomes for their platform.
What You'll Do :
- Own the full funnel : Take ownership of the acquisition, onboarding, and activation funnel, specifically targeting content leaders and teams across mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Define Growth Strategy : Build and execute a product-led growth (PLG) roadmap that balances quick wins with scalable bets tied directly to revenue impact.
- Run Experimentation : Design and run experiments across signup flows, packaging, templates, prompts, in-product education, and lifecycle messaging.
- Create Growth Loops : Develop new, repeatable growth loops, such as shareable audit reports, scorecards, and template galleries that attract qualified teams and encourage word-of-mouth adoption.
- Cross-Functional Alignment : Work closely with Marketing on self-serve acquisition programs and SEO-friendly experiences, and align with Sales on trial-to-paid motions, PQL (Product Qualified Lead) definitions, and in-product sales-assisted conversions.
- Deliver Quickly : Collaborate with Engineering and Design to scope, deliver, and iterate quickly, maintaining a high bar for usability and reliability.
