Anthropologie Senior Designer - Print & Concept (Philadelphia)

Anthropologie is seeking an experienced and creative senior concept designer who exhibits a natural curiosity and strong ability to innovate. This position will focus on the research and development of seasonal print and pattern trends and concepts for the Anthropologie apparel brands. Lead seasonal trend & concept workload to meet all deadlines. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the departments calendar, including key events, milestones, and deadlines.Maintain a current knowledge of the Anthro Apparel business as it relates to LY and Plan.Awareness of successes & opportunities found in weekly business, seasonal hindsight, and quarterly Print Attributes.Bachelors degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or related experiencenecessary. 8-10 years of experience in print or textile industry.Experienced in trend forecasting, print design, and apparel design. Advanced creative and technical skills in Adobe photoshop & Indesign.
