Accounts Receivable Analyst

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst II, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Process accounting receivables and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies

Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and completeness, ensuring proper billing procedures are followed

Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on past due accounts, and provide detailed reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or collections functions

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant experience

Thorough knowledge of billing transactions and processes

Experience with systems such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and NetSuite

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
