Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage projects to meet contractual requirements, including deliverables and processes

Apply Agile methodologies and ensure project teams deliver Agile development artifacts

Identify and implement best practices across multiple projects and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, and developer on IT EPM projects

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or Business

Experience managing end-to-end federal government IT implementations

Active PMP certification and Agile certification (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban)

Expertise in Jira for managing scrum boards and reports
