Position Overview Magnolia Dental is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Part Time Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patients' oral health, building lasting patient relationships, and maintaining the highest standard of dental care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosing oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and root canals.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, sterilization, and infection control protocols.
  • Stay updated on advancements in dental technology, techniques, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using the practice's dental management software.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Valid Ohio State Dental License.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients and team members.
  • Dedication to continuing education and professional development.
  • Experience with digital dentistry and modern dental technologies is a plus.
