Culinary Depot is expanding our Furniture Division and seeking a driven, relationship-oriented, and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to lead the charge.
We’re looking for a sales hunter with a passion for design, hospitality, and business growth—someone who thrives on developing new relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
In this role, you’ll sell commercial furniture solutions —indoor / outdoor seating, tables, booths, and more—to restaurants, hotels, institutions, and contractors.
You’ll have the freedom to build your territory, backed by a trusted brand, expert design team, and strong operational support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prospect and hunt for new business across the restaurant, hospitality, institutional, and contractor markets.
- Conduct in-person visits to understand client needs and deliver creative, customized furniture solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Partner closely with in-house design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to installation.
- Stay sharp on product lines, design trends, and competitor activity to position Culinary Depot as the partner of choice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through consistent pipeline activity.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and showroom visits to build relationships and generate leads.
- Accurately record all sales activity, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Bring creativity and strategy to every deal—finding new ways to open doors and close them.
Qualifications :
B2B sales experience , ideally in commercial furniture, foodservice, or hospitality .Proven success in business development —finding, pitching, and closing new accounts.Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable presenting to decision-makers (owners, architects, contractors, facility managers).Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven with a hunter’s mentality.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.Familiarity with commercial furniture products (indoor / outdoor seating, tables, booths, etc.) is a strong plus.What We Offer :
