Job Description
This full-time therapist position involves providing evidence-based, holistic treatment to residential youth and their families, emphasizing Family Systems Theory.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, completing timely documentation, facilitating family involvement, and delivering individual, group, and family counseling.
Therapists support crisis intervention, coordinate aftercare, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community agencies, and court officials.
Qualifications include a Master’s license in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, with experience working with trauma-affected children and families, and a valid Michigan driver’s license.
Position requires physical activity, flexibility for evening / weekend hours, and participation in experiential components.
