About the role :
We are seeking a Wholesale manager with the tenacity to exceed sales targets and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, build and maintain strong client relationships, and negotiate contracts that support company goals. Success in this role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of market trends and sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base and drive wholesales growth - Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Negotiate contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules, aligned with business objectives - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations exceeded - Work closely with other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Manage wholesale advertisement, placement, ROAS
- Develop product demand, guiding customers to dealer locations
- Traveling to dealer locations
- Working one Saturday a month during seasonal months for sales events at selective dealers
