The Nutrition and Food Science Department in the College of Natural Sciences is collecting application materials for a pool of lecturers with positions available as determined by need during the 2025-26 academic year. Appointments from the lecturer pool are temporary and often made just prior to the start of the academic term.

Minimum Qualifications :

The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is MS In Nutritional Science.

Preferred Qualifications :

Previous teaching experience in nutritional science, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential, professional work experience in the field. Bilingual candidates will be given preference.

Responsibilities :

Lecturer positions in the department carry responsibilities in the areas of teaching. Teaching assignments are based upon qualifications of the individual and the needs of the department.
