Role Overview Kaeppel Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Trainer to support the RFP phase with the potential for long-term project work if awarded.
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering training materials, resources, and sessions for end-users and client teams.
Initially, the focus will be on paid consulting support for our RFP response, with the opportunity to move into a longer-term engagement upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and deliver training materials, user guides, and documentation for SAP S / 4HANA modules.
Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for end users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and client SMEs to identify training needs and align with project objectives.
Assess learner progress, gather feedback, and adapt training strategies for effectiveness.
Ensure training resources meet client requirements and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications Proven experience as a SAP S / 4HANA Trainer , with hands-on delivery of end-user and / or super-user training.
Strong background in creating training materials, documentation, and instructional content.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, preferably in government or enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in federal or public sector projects.
SAP certification(s) related to S / 4HANA.
Knowledge of change management and adult learning principles.
