Responsibilities

Hexagon ALI IT is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's on-premise and cloud IT infrastructure. This position is based in Madison, Alabama, and is responsible for managing our primary data center. The role focuses on maintaining a modern server infrastructure, providing comprehensive hardware support, and ensuring seamless IT operations.

This position provides significant flexibility, allowing for remote work. You will be expected to come into the office as needed to address technical support issues that require on-site presence, such as hardware repairs or network diagnostics. These on-site requirements will be dictated by the nature of the issue and will not necessitate a full-day presence.
