Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Counsel for a client in Chicago. This is a transactional role, so candidates must enjoy contract review and drafting legal opinions. Excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact, working closely with a tenured team with an established company.

Base pay range

$150,000.00 / yr - $200,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Assist with litigation matters
  • Draft, negotiate, and review contracts
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues and regulations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of legal experience working within insurance
  • 3+ years of experience in a counsel role
