Examine, diagnose, treat, counsel and prescribe medications for patients as needed.Provide physical examinations and other general servicesRecord a summary in each patient's medical chart after each consultation.Make referrals to medical or clinical specialists when necessary.Responsible for providing accurate prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.Responsible for the improvement in patient health and quality of life.Independently resolves daily medical issues.Ensure guidance is received on policy or exceptional situations.May provide medical supervision to other clinical staff.
