Account Manager- Commercial Lines, Transportation
Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager- Commercial Lines, Transportation to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers, coordinating team service deliverables and ensuring accurate, efficient, and effective responses. The position requires subject matter expertise in client services and coordination, insurance processing, and customer experience delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manages overall team operations, client coordination, and customer service delivery, including coordinating and prioritizing with Account Associates and reviewing workload.
- Leverages knowledge in client services, insurance processing, and customer experience to coach and assist Account Associates and other team members.
- Assists Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
- Ensures service standards are met, identifies trends, and implements process improvements on the team.
- Acts as the day-to-day client contact, troubleshooting issues and helping clients make well-informed decisions.
- Manages new business and renewal processes and oversees day-to-day client changes.
- Delivers high client service, supports retention, account rounding, referrals, and smooth renewals.
- Shares pre-renewal information within service standards and follows up with clients and markets for timely quotes.
- Manages renewal marketing plans with Producers and Service Teams and creates accurate proposals for renewal meetings.
- Reviews quotes for accuracy and negotiates coverage / price with underwriters.
- Completes renewal bind processes and checklists, ensuring all renewal aspects are documented.
- Ensures files are well-documented to minimize E&O exposure and respond quickly to client requests.
Requirements
Current Insurance License in Property & Casualty and / or Health & Life for the state of the agency location.Aim to pursue professional designations.Comfortable in an electronic environment with strong computer skills; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Excellent people skills and ability to work in a team environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Education and Experience
High school diploma (college preferred)Bachelor's Degree in a business or related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of experience within the insurance industry or related fieldBenefits

Pay Details : The base compensation range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000. Placement within the range will be based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
