Anything more requires facility approval 2 supervisor references required COVID-19 Vaccine : Not Required Flu Vaccine : Unknown Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation License : Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once perm license applications have been submitted Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can seek approval prior to offer Shift : 5x8s Days Guaranteed Hours : 8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek Type of Facility : Short-Term Acute Care Total Staffed Beds : 194 Scrub Color : black bottoms and red top Charting : Cerner Parking Cost : Free Modified Time : 10 / 21 / 2025 12 : 00 : 00 AM Number of Rooms : 6 Orientation Hours : 40 Patient Age Groups : Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Unit Information : Ortho; urology; general surgery; neurology; cardiothoracic (not covered by overnight team member, we have an open heart call team if needed); peripheral vascular (more likely on days not overnight); GYN; robotics (we do not do these overnight) Interdisciplinary Support : Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, Transportation Special Equipment : Surgical equipment, DaVinici Robotic If 1 position is available, we can allow 3 submissions at one time Local Radius : IN residents are considered local
