A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager for the US and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage the onboarding and implementation of new clients
Understand customer goals and ensure they are achieving measurable value with the product
Provide user training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting to ensure the software is working correctly and meeting client needs
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a software implementation and customer support role
Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SYSPRO, Acumatica, IFS) is a plus
Prior experience thriving in a fast-paced startup / scale-up environment
Intrapreneurship and proactiveness
Strong collaborator with an attitude embracing growth and adaptability
