The Role

We're looking for a product-minded engineer to join our team of problem solvers tackling some of the hardest challenges across the business. If you're an engineer first with a desire and ability to engage in product thinking—this role is for you.

As a Technical Product Engineer , you'll work directly with operational stakeholders to understand business workflows and build hands-on technical solutions that drive critical outcomes. This may involve optimizing or replacing processes, developing workflows from scratch, or architecting data pipelines and infrastructure.

Your role resembles that of a startup CTO more than a traditional PM—you'll be embedded in small, autonomous teams, owning end-to-end execution of high-impact projects . You'll impact functions from business development to legal and compliance, staying aligned with business goals while solving engineering challenges.

This position is ideal for engineers who want to continue writing code while solving high-value business problems with a product-first mindset . It is based in our NYC office.

What We Value

• A deep technical background with experience in software engineering, data science, or similar roles.

• Strong programming skills—proficiency in Python, SQL, Java, TypeScript / JavaScript, or similar.

This role is NOT for those seeking a traditional product manager position, prefer highly structured environments, dislike coding, or prefer to focus solely on tickets rather than end-to-end project scope.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range : $100,000 - $200,000 / year, depending on location, skills, and experience. Additional benefits include :
