Key Account Director / Customer Director- Medical Device & Life Science

As a Key Account Director at Spartronics, you'll be at the center of driving growth and building lasting partnerships with some of the world's leading Medical Device and Life Sciences companies. In this high-impact role, you'll own the strategy for key accounts acting as both the trusted voice of the customer within Spartronics and the strategic ambassador of Spartronics to the customer. We're seeking a proven business leader who has successfully driven significant revenue growth, cultivated strong customer relationships, and delivered results in the Medical Device and Life Sciences markets. Key Accountabilities :

  • Build and execute strategic account plans to expand revenue, increase penetration, and strengthen customer engagement across manufacturing, engineering, and sustaining services.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer inside Spartronics and the voice of Spartronics to the customer ensuring needs are translated into action and satisfaction consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Set clear financial objectives and partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to proactively manage customer P&L and achieve profitable growth.
  • Build deep, multi-level relationships with customers up to the executive level while staying ahead of their business needs, market trends, and competitive pressures.

Requirements :

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of proven success in the Electronics Manufacturing industry or Master's degree with 8+ years of related experience required.
  • Background in Medical Device or Life Sciences markets.
  • 5+ years of business development and sales experience in the Contract Manufacturing EMS space.
  • Solid understanding of applicable medical device regulatory requirements for product qualification, transfer, and production.
  • Other Qualifications :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency with business systems and digital tools to drive efficiency and insight.
  • Decisive, strategic thinker with the ability to act autonomously and make sound business judgments.
  • Proven expertise in consultative and solution-based selling to complex, global customers.
  • Advanced financial acumen with the ability to shape customer strategies and deliver profitable growth.
  • Extensive experience in Electronics Manufacturing with a deep understanding of technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Travel Requirements :

    Regular travel of up to 40% is to be expected in this role.
