The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Consultant for a local contract in Washington, DC.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITES
Independently provides specific functional expertise in support of requirements.Utilizes a deeper technical understanding of requirements to assist with analysis, evaluation, and implementation of tasks, contributing to problem solving and strategic decision making.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to leadership and program teams, offering strategic advice and innovative solutions.Conduct research, assessments, and evaluations to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Contribute to the development of policies, strategies, and action plans that enhance organizational performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to support program and mission success.REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelor’s degreeIf you do not have a Bachelor's, the following may be substituted :High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experienceAssociate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.Five (5) years of relevant experience.Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.PAY
