Supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIREDHVAC Certification is REQUIREDMust be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day. Work as a team leaderAssist with completing service requestsAssist team with make readies and upgrading apartments; efficiently and effectively scheduling team, assuring that work orders and make readies are completed correctly in a timely mannerMust be willing to be on call per schedule and alternate scheduleMust provide own tools and have reliable transportationAssist with various projects as assigned by Property ManagerBilingual (English / Spanish) is a PLUS, but not requiredThere are 395 units on property!Working Environment for the Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician :
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms, hands and fingers; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and smell. Occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or lift 50 pounds individually and up to 100 pounds with assistance devices (dollies, hand trucks, additional persons).
