Data Engineer

Overview

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing data pipeline solutions, app and report development on Power BI and other platforms. This requires understanding business needs in Sales & Marketing domains, defining solutions that meet the needs, and working collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team to deliver the solutions. Success will require close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions and the ability to influence changes in a global organization. This position is ideally suited for an individual who is comfortable in a dynamic environment, with experience in conceptual and analytical problem solving in Commercial Excellence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across multiple systems and sources.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, marketing automation).
• Support data modeling efforts and contribute to the development of a centralized data architecture.
• Document data processes, pipelines, and system integrations for transparency and maintainability.

This is a Hybrid position working out of Milford, MA office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).
