Generate billing reports and assist with month-end closing processes. Monitor outstanding receivables, assist with collections support, and escalate issues as Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and contractual obligations. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding billing Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 4+ years of billing, service administration, or accounting experience—preferably in Experience with BuildOps or similar service / project management platforms strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft O?ce Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP or Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fast- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate e?ectively with field
