Job Summary :
The Home Care Marketer Coordinator is responsible for establishing relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and potential clients. This role involves conducting on-site client evaluations. Daily personal interactions are essential for building strong relationships with clients.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Manages calendars and databases for marketing programs, including prospects, advertising, referrals, mail campaigns, lists, and home care shows.
- Participates in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities and raise awareness about home care services.
- Monitors and analyzes the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- May perform initial evaluations of services for potential clients.
- Assists in the coordination of care for client services.
- Reports changes in client conditions to the agency’s Coordinator.
- Participates in the quality assurance reviews and evaluations of the agency's services.
- Performs duties as workloads necessitate
- Provides resources and support to clients and their families.
- Communicates with doctors and other healthcare providers regarding clients.
- Creates and conducts presentations using PowerPoint.
- Resolves any issues and concerns related to client care.
- Schedules client appointments and ensures follow-up when needed.
- Conduct supervisory visits when needed.
- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude.

The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and / or outdoor environment.Works indoors in the home care office and outdoors in nursing facilities, hospitals, and clinics.Alcohol & Drug Testing Policy :

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
College degree requiredPrevious networking experience preferredPrior community involvementComputer skills include MS Office, MS Excel, calendar, and scheduling programs.Experience with Senior care communities such as long-term care assisted living, or home care is beneficial.Ability to empathize with clients and their families.Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.Other :
Valid Drivers’ License Class C.Ability to lift not to exceed 25 pounds.Maintain stamina during extended periods of time while standing and being involved in physical activity.
