Job Description & Requirements Specialty : NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline : RN Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type : Local Contract NICU RN Job Description : We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced NICU RN to care for critically ill or premature newborns. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide both high-acuity care and emotional support to families during difficult times. Responsibilities : Provide specialized nursing care to neonates in intensive care Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other care team members Educate and support parents on infant care, treatment plans, and discharge preparation Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately Requirements : Active RN license Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience BLS and NRP required NICU-specific certifications (e.g., CCRN-N or RNC-NIC) preferred Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K offered.
