Founded in 1963, Townley Engineering & Manufacturing is a rapidly growing, American-made solutions expert for wear and abrasion problems found in the mining, dredging, and power industries. We have an opening for a Mfg Tech for our Rubber division.
Responsibilities
- Collect raw material and fittings specified in work order
- Assemble rubberized fabric, rubber tubing, and gum rubber ply (layer) stocks to fabricate industrial hose
- Operate and monitor machinery involved in the manufacturing process of rubber hoses
- Conduct quality checks on produced products to ensure they meet specified standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintains a clean workstation and production floor
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and resolve issues
- Participates in ongoing on-the-job training to adhere to company policies
