Overview : Client of Express Employment Professionals is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate to serve as a key point of contact for their clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional assistance
- Assist walk-in customers at the sales counter with product selection and order placement
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotes based on customer requirements
- Source products from vendors and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery
- Generate and maintain open order reports to track order status and fulfillment
- Provide vital support to our outside sales team with order coordination and customer follow-up
