The opportunity
The Adobe Design Content Strategy (ADCS) team is looking for a Staff UX Content Strategist to join the GenStudio team. GenStudio helps enterprise marketers create, adapt, and activate on-brand content at scale using generative AI.
As the lead content strategist for GenStudio, you’ll set the voice, tone, and conversation patterns that bring clarity and trust to AI-driven workflows. You’ll work side by side with product, engineering, AI / ML, and design partners to shape how complex use cases unfold—designing the frameworks, flows, and reusable patterns that make AI-generated marketing content cohesive, inclusive, and enterprise-ready.
At the same time, this role is deeply hands-on. You’ll craft interaction patterns, guidance for when things don’t go as expected, and governance models that help marketers collaborate effectively with generative AI. By grounding ambitious ideas in scalable systems, you’ll ensure experiences feel human, useful, and confidence-inspiring—while helping Adobe expand beyond its traditional creative tools into new territory for enterprise marketing.

Adobe Design creates tools that amplify the world’s ability to create and communicate. We’re a global team of designers, researchers, prototypers, content strategists, program managers, and more who work across Adobe’s three product lines : Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,700 $265,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
