We are looking for a dedicated team member to function as a cashier and / or stocker and act in a lead capacity in the absence of the store manager or assistant store manager. This role involves assisting in setting and maintaining plan-o-grams and programs, providing exemplary customer service, and performing other duties to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and teamwork, while protecting company assets and reducing losses.

Duties and essential job functions include unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, restocking returned and recovered merchandise, assisting in plan-o-gram implementation, greeting customers, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean, well-organized store.

Qualifications include the ability to perform mathematical calculations, knowledge of cash handling procedures, and effective interpersonal and communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent and six months of supervisory experience (or related experience / training) is preferred.
