Director of Construction Responsibilities :

• Direct the overall planning and development of new project activities and the activities of all current projects
• Manage the budgets of all projects
• Oversee all PM’s and their projects
• Advise the client and other project team members concerning base building and internal project management. Evaluate and critique the progress of design development, budget, and schedule
• Assist in Developing conceptual estimates utilizing market data
• Determine quantities of materials during early stages of the design
• Develop scopes of work for all project related trades
