Research is crucial to our ability to achieve our mission and serve our customers. It allows us to answer key questions ranging from what our biggest opportunities are to how to accurately solve a problem with a new feature. At Faire, we have a distributed research model where both researchers and non-researchers across the company conduct research by interviewing customers, developing surveys, and conducting studies through a variety of other research methodologies. Research at Faire is truly a company-wide effort - to make this possible, we rely on our Research Operations team to build and run the tools and systems necessary to enable everyone at Faire to conduct research.

We're looking for a Research Operations Program Manager to shape and scale the systems that power research at Faire with a focus on implementing innovative, AI-driven solutions. In this role, you'll partner across Research, Product, Design, Strategy, and other functions to build programs that enable every team to generate insights with speed, rigor, and impact.

What you'll do :

• Identify, evaluate, and introduce new research tools including AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and expand research capacity.
• Manage and improve participant management systems, including panels and rolling programs, to enable recurring, high-quality research engagement.
• Coordinate survey launches, prevent conflicts, and support setup / testing for priority studies to ensure data quality.
• Establish and maintain protocols for research data compliance.
• Promote and support research as a practice across the company, enabling teams to generate insights with rigor and confidence.

Qualifications :

Salary Range :

San Francisco or New York City : the pay range for this role is $116,500 - $160,000 per year.

This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
