Arcosa Wind Towers is seeking a Production Manager. In this role, you will support a positive safety culture by planning and directing production activities and staff, and you will lead the team in the manufacturing process to ensure quality and timely production.

Location : Belen, NM

What you'll do :

• Ensures that safety, health, and environmental legal and company standards are complied with, emphasizing safety as a top priority
• Monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards by developing and reviewing reports and metrics
• Coordinates plant activities through planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Develops systems and sets performance targets and measures that appropriately assess the performance of the plant and direct reports, and reviews progress to ensure achievement of targets
• Train, instruct and direct work activities of employees; identify succession role requirements and high potential talent, and actively trains key talent
• Monitors schedule to accomplish manufacturing goals
• Demonstrate and model the highest ethical standards and treat all employees and coworkers with dignity and respect. Foster a culture that is positive and engaging for all employees
• Exercises independent judgment
• Fill-in as needed so that production goals can be met
• Other duties as assigned
