• Housing Connector is a flexible hybrid workplace. This role will require in-office presence in our downtown Seattle office one day per week, currently Wednesdays, to support collaboration and team connection. Additional on-location work may be required depending on program or partner needs. As our Seattle team grows, in-office responsibilities may increase over time to support deeper team integration and cross-functional work.

About the Position

The Housing Stability Specialist position will give you the opportunity to play an important role in increasing housing security for residents housed in Housing Connector’s program. This role will respond directly to residents experiencing financial and situational incidents, to ensure that properties and residents receive support to maintain housing stability. The Housing Stability Specialist will provide direct support to residents and Housing Connector’s Stability Support team through ticket management to ensure residents in all our markets succeed while also helping to deliver projects that improve the overall team function and cohesion.

As a Housing Stability Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in solving problems for property partners and helping tenants maintain stable housing. You’ll work directly with tenants and property staff to mediate issues, ensure clear communication, and expedite resolutions. You’ll also collaborate closely with the broader Stability Support team to manage a high volume of support tickets and build sustainable, trust-based relationships across our network.

What we offer

At Housing Connector, we prioritize internal and market equity. The salary for this position ranges from $73,500 to $81,700 annually and includes eligibility for company benefits.
