Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Ceramic Coating Installer to join our team. This role is critical to delivering the premium finishes our brand is known for. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, performing paint corrections, and applying ceramic coatings on cars, boats, and specialty vehicles.

This position requires precision, patience, and pride in craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with our senior technicians to ensure each job meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough surface preparation including washing, decontamination, and polishing.
• Execute one-step and multi-step paint corrections prior to coating application.
• Apply professional-grade ceramic coatings to paint, glass, trim, wheels, and interiors.
• Maintain strict quality control standards and perform final inspections before customer delivery.
• Safely operate buffers, polishers, and other detailing equipment.
• Track product usage and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Educate clients on ceramic coating maintenance and aftercare.
• Assist with other high-end detailing services as needed.
