Key Responsibilities
Act as the day-to-day technical expert on client-facing projects
Collaborate with clients to assess business needs and develop innovative, scalable solutions
Lead or contribute to all phases of solution delivery from discovery to deployment and ongoing support
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
Experience leading technical engagements with external clients
Skilled in gathering requirements and developing architecture designs for system integrations
Experience designing and implementing solutions using modern web protocols and APIs
Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering solutions based on the CCM industry
