TOP Early Learning Center is looking for fun loving, happy, year around Lead Teacher and Lead Teacher Float at TOP North 2330 N. Opportunity Drive.

Job Responsibilities :

• Complete weekly lesson plans in accordance with our C4L curriculum guidelines.
• Create individual education and guidance plans for the children in your classroom that are developmentally appropriate.
• Communicate with parents / caregivers via our parent engagement application.
• Ensure CACFP point of service meal counts are entered via Child Plus software.
• Administer pre- and post-test assessments, using assessment data to formulate instruction to meet children's individual needs.
• Ensure identified student outcomes are met.
• Conduct all parent-teacher conferences.
• Have fun teaching your kids and watch them learn and grow!

Reports to Center Director.

Salary for Sub Lead Float = $35,651.20 / Lead Teacher with AA = $37,648.00
