Systems Interoperability & Integration Engineer

Overview of role at MAINSAIL Group contracting with U.S. Air Force BACN program. Full time at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical requirements, plans, and acquisition strategies for integrated system solutions.
• Implement cybersecurity, intelligence, and communications (C3, IT, ISR) with interoperability and technology modernization.
• Conduct spectrum management, electromagnetic environmental effects (E3) analysis, and standards conformance for secure, networked environments.
• Test, validate, and certify interoperability of mission-planning and data-flow technologies with weapon systems.
• Integrate machine-to-machine data flows and communications into manned / unmanned aircraft and mission support platforms.
