A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, follow up on, and qualify potential customers to initiate the sales process
Research and prospect leads using various tools and resources
Manage inbound marketing-qualified leads and outbound prospecting efforts to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
1+ year in an SDR or sales role, preferably selling to HR departments
Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong Engage (or similar) preferred
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing SDR quotas is a plus
Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
